Kit Jenkin was born in Ottawa, Canada. He started writing at 17 and publishing short stories at 21. Between 2010 and 2012, he attended the Creative Writing MA program at the University of New Brunswick in New Brunswick, Canada.

After moving back to Ottawa and slumming in a series of odd jobs, Kit moved to the UK in 2016 and settled in Manchester. While he can’t quite seem to get Ottawa out of his head, he hopes to write about his adopted city one day.

Kit is the author of several published pieces of short fiction, and is currently editing a novel about terrorists in early 20th-century Cornwall.
